Tuesday, May 21st- Walton Girls placed 5th in the State Championship for best State team finish since runner-up in 2014. Pars, birdies & an eagle dominated the Lady Raiders second day improving team score by 23 strokes over the first day and posting a score of 239, a new all-time record for the school program. CONGRATULATIONS WALTON!

Lady Raiders brought their A game to day two of the tournament, improving by 15 strokes to win by 4 over Allatoona. Cat Cutter tied for tournament low score of the day- 39, Katherine Euston had the second lowest with a 41, Audrey Stasko 43, Mac Kaseta 47. Cat and Audrey led the team with a 2-day score of 87. It was a great team effort where every one of the 4 players contributed to the final result.
